GENERAL INFORMATION

General Hygiene

Brush at least twice a day 3 minutes each time
(morning and before bed time). Start from the gums.
Let the bristles go slightly between the gums and the teeth
Roll the brush away from the gums while sweeping the teeth.
Brush your upper and lower teeth separately.
Check with Dental Hygienist or Dentist.
He or she might suggest a different way of brushing

Floss once a day before bed time.
Flossing eliminates deposits that are in between your teeth
the deposits are called plaque and tartar. If left for a long time
they will cause cavities and gum disease and you can loose all your teeth.

You only need to floss the teeth that you want to keep !

No snacks after you brush your teeth before bed time

Visit your Dentist every 6 month. Prevention and early detection of problems
is the key for healthy teeth and gums.
